We now offer Glaucus servers in a Small Business Package pre-configured with a web site that we customize for your business using the text, pictures and ordering information that you supply. If you wish, we can configure the web site to directly accept file uploads from your customers. You can set limits of up to 100 megabytes on the file size.
The package also includes an FTP site and unlimited email accounts. You can set a limit for email messages of up to 100 megabytes and the limit can be adjusted for different users, if desired.
The server is accessible on your local network so there is no need for you to copy files in order to process the files uploaded by your customers.
The product lets you:
1. accept requests for quotations from an online form customized to meet your needs (which are automatically forwarded to you via email).
2. accept files through the Web site, via FTP, or as email attachments of up to 100 megabytes. Since the Web server is at your own location, there is no need to pay hosting fees
3. directly access the files through your local network without needing to copy them.
It can be configured as an Internet gateway providing any or all of the following optional services

When we customize the package for your business we perform the following tasks:
1. Modify the content of the web site to suit your business. We keep the overall
structure of the web site, but you tell us the changes in text, pictures, order form, etc. that you would like to see.
2. Set up your users with email and with privileges to act on files that
the customer uploads.
3. Configure the order/quotation form to be emailed to whoever you request.
4. Configure the Internet connection.
5. Register a domain name for your web site for the first year. As with all
providers, the registration must be renewed annually. The current price for
a renewal is $35 each year.
6. Set up the file shares needed to access uploaded files from the local
network.
The above services plus the necessary hardware and software are all included
in the prices listed above.
