Digital Glu Inc. is a company that develops embedded software and hardware applications which focuses on connectivity with different technologies for homes and businesses.The Company is developing a suite of proprietary products which are all part of the Glu product line. These products provide connectivity between a number of different technologies that are available today in the home automation industry. These products have a competitive advantage over other systems that are sold in the market place today as they provide more connectivity at an affordable price point. A user interface will be provided with the products that will customize the setting to meet each user’s specific needs.

The product line consists both of automation devices, multimedia storage and distribution devices for home entertainment, and automation appliances that not only serve as secure gateways to the internet but also as web-based automation controllers and audio servers.

The demand for these products has been identified, as there is no proven system that is capable of interfacing with the full range of available technologies. There is no single user-friendly device that interconnects all of these other technologies. The problem with acquiring home automation systems in the past, that combine security, temperature control, lighting control, internet connectivity, user programming, and open communication capabilities was that they were too expensive. Management believes that there is a great demand for an inexpensive, user-friendly product that will automate consumers’ homes or businesses.
